As you may have noticed the TRAINING SHED Team have been testing MyZone for the past few weeks to see what it’s all about. As you can probably tell – we’re all hooked!!
To test this new toy out we had Ethan put us through our paces in a Tabata class and wow did we work hard – more than ever before! After a decent warm up our hearts were sent racing and soon we were all up in the “RED zone” putting in max effort to compete with ourselves and each other (as of course you would expect!). It was great seeing all of our stats up on the screen. The tiles were changing colour from green to yellow to red and back again as we hit the different heart rate zones during the session. This continued throughout the well planned class and once we had finished we were all coming up with ideas of how we could use it in the SHED to help you get better results quickly.
