Spinning involves using specially designed “bikes” to recreate the outdoor, road biking experience, under the instruction of an enthusiastic instructor to various music speeds, tempo and beats.

Here at The Shed, we like to mix things up a tad;
- Mondays class features a 15min ab workout!
- Tuesdays Spin – we have a very special appearance from the original owner and fond member of the team, Coach Becky!
- Wednesdays Spin includes boxing combinations!
- Fridays, you could be treated with themed music and a disco lights!
